πΆ Let's talk about blogs, ba-byyy π΅
β πΆ Let's talk about you and me. Let's talk about all the good things and the bad things that may be. Let's talk about blogs! πΆ I'll stop dancing and get to the point: most of us have one foot out the door with Meta. We are so done compromising our values and supporting people who have no idea what it's like to be in our shoes -- or the shoes of our clients, supporters, or beneficiaries. The good news: we don't have to depend on Meta accounts as our only source of attracting leads or supporters. Blogs can do that. Through strategic topics and insights, you can bring your ideal audience directly to your website from your blog posts. (My friend Polly is really good at helping people with this. No affiliate links, I just want you to know about her. π€) Aren't you an email marketer? Why are you talking about blogs??You're right! Thank you for asking. Blogs are great for attracting your ideal audience to your website. With a blog post, you give them a reason to stick around. But when they're done reading, how are they actually going to stick around? By providing a call to action to sign up for your email list. This CTA can direct them to your email list, whether it's signing up for a waitlist, freebie, or your newsletter. You can even sprinkle in hyperlinks to your sign up throughout the blog post, followed by a button or link at the end. Once you publish a blog post, you can send an email about it to your existing subscribers. Grow your list by engaging with your subsribers and delivering helpful, relevant emails. Do you see how that could be a valuable loop for you? β Attract your ideal audience with a blog post β Get them to stick around through call-to-actions that direct to your emial list β Engage subscribers with helpful, relevant content That's how you Meta-proof your brand. I've got a blog strategy coming into play for my on website. This is my BIG goal for 2025. If that's a goal for you too, reply to this email so we can keep each other accountable. Linking your blog and email list will require some work and strategy from you. If that sounds like something you'd rather hand over to a pro, contact me for your email marketing or Polly for blogging needs. π«Ά π₯ Here's to taking ownership of your brand and sticking to your values. |
